A 25% deposit per person is payable at the time of reservation. Deposits are refundable minus a $25 service charge up to 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations and for persons who do not accompany their party. You will be billed for your scheduled length of stay with no adjustments for late arrival or early departure.
